Job Summary
Be the Guardian of Quality on the production floor for aerospace components and assemblies. Inspect to ensure compliance, identify defects, troubleshoot root causes with production and engineering, and raise the bar by improving inspection processes. Document inspection results and generate reports to prove quality. Must be experienced in aerospace/high-tech manufacturing with familiarity in technical drawings, ISO standards, and quality systems.
Required Qualifications
- Must-Have: Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in aerospace, automotive, or high-tech manufacturing
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and inspection methods
- Sharp attention to detail
- Knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and reporting procedures
- English language proficiency
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, blueprints, and inspection methods
- Knowledge of ISO standards, quality systems, and reporting procedures
- Experience with non-destructive testing (NDT) is a plus
- Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles familiarity is a plus
