Job Summary
Perform inbound inspections of materials, purchase orders, and certifications. Conduct first article inspections with 100% dimensional verification and execute in-process inspections per sampling plans. Complete final inspections and prepare AS9102-compliant first article inspection reports. Identify, tag, and document non-conforming material while supporting resolution. Accurately complete inspection paperwork using calibrated tools such as calipers, micrometers, and microscopes. Work closely with Production, Quality, and Shipping teams.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and routers
- Familiar with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and microscopes
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing quality inspection (machining or precision manufacturing preferred)
