Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in quality control or inspection within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with various inspection tools and metrology equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM)
- Strong understanding of GD&T principles
- Ability to perform detailed visual inspections and identify defects
Desired Qualifications
- ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI) certification
- Experience with various measurement tools beyond basic—e.g., CMM, optical comparators, profilometers
