Job Summary
Quality Inspector role based on-site at Ely, UK. Responsible for inspecting incoming assemblies, subassemblies, and components using quality techniques and tools; verify conformity to engineering drawings and the quality management system; ensure traceability of inspection records; maintain 6S standards; liaise with Production and Engineering to resolve issues; investigate nonconformances; monitor inspection equipment calibration; perform additional duties to support Operations Quality. Requires a BTEC Level 3 in mechanical/electronics or related subject (or equivalent), strong communication and teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight timescales. Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
Required Qualifications
- BTEC level 3 in mechanical/electronics or other related subject, or equivalent
- Experience with Netsuite or Quality-based software tools is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
