Job Summary
Quality Inspector - CMM responsible for inspection of CNC machined parts including CMM inspections (programming and operation), documenting inspection results, generating Nonconforming Product Reports (NCP), conducting final assembly and first article inspections, and upkeep of inspection control plans. Requires 2+ years of CNC inspection experience, proficiency with CMMs and precision measurement tools, ability to read blueprints and work in tight tolerances; Excel experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience performing quality inspections on CNC machined parts
- Experience utilizing precision measurement tools inclusive of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
- Ability to operate and program CMM's
- Basic math skills, ability to read and interpret blueprints, experience working in tight tolerances
- Microsoft excel experience preferred
