Job Summary
Perform in-process and final inspections of Cable and Harness assemblies to verify workmanship against IPC/WHMA-A-620 and customer specifications; review engineering drawings, wiring schematics and BOMs, and document inspection results; support MRB activities and provide feedback to production and quality teams; use calipers, microscopes, multimeters, and continuity testers to verify quality; adhere to policies and clearly communicate technical information to project stakeholders; requires 3+ years of cable and wire harness inspection experience, strong documentation, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years Cable and Wire Harness Inspection Experience
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience in preparing quality assurance documentation (test plans, inspection reports, non-conformance reports)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Teamwork and collaboration skills
