Job Summary
Quality Control Inspector for third shift (7:00 p.m.–5:30 a.m., Sunday–Thursday) responsible for detailed visual and dimensional inspections of welds to ensure structural and aesthetic quality. Must interpret welding blueprints, schematics, and job specifications; use tape measures and inspection tools to verify dimensions; document results and report non-conformities; collaborate with welders and supervisors on corrective actions; maintain a clean, safe work environment; support continuous improvement initiatives in welding and quality departments. Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years welding or weld inspection experience; strong blueprint-reading skills and effective communication with cross-functional teams; ability to work overnight in a manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years welding or weld inspection experience
- Excellent speaking, writing and listening skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Proficient with tape measures and standard inspection tools
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Comfortable working overnight hours and in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable
