Quality Inspector

Job Summary
As a Quality Inspector, you will perform random sampling inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality requirements. Responsibilities include verifying product quality after each changeover, maintaining clear inspection information, initiating Non-Conformance Reports, and monitoring the status of products on hold. You will also conduct Layered Process Audits to ensure compliance with required processes and product characteristics. A minimum of 2 years' experience as a quality inspector and familiarity with quality testing methods are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record as a quality inspector for at least a minimum of 2 years
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Keen eye for details and a passion for results and facts-based approach
- Experience working in an ISO9001 Quality Management System based organization
Desired Qualifications
- Familiar with quality testing methods (e.g., vernier caliper, micrometer, hardness test, tension test)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
