Job Summary
Quality Inspector for aircraft manufacturing and services. Tasks include check and inspection of aircraft outstanding works and non-conformities (structure, mechanic & electric), follow-up of special processes and non-conformities with corrective and preventive actions, communication with customer teams, preparation of non-conformity reports, implementation of internal and customer procedures, and ensuring identification and traceability of the product per manufacturing documents. Requires completed technical education or foreman experience, aviation quality assurance background, proficiency in 8D/root-ccause analysis and PPS, strong MS Excel and SAP skills, and analytical, organizational, and collaborative abilities; ability to work early/late shifts; night shift and weekend flexibility desirable. Required Qualifications
- Completed technical education and training as a technician (all genders) or foreman
- Professional experience in aviation and quality assurance
- Good knowledge of methods (8D, root-cause-analysis, PPS etc.) for problem solving and practical experience
- Profound experience with MS Excel and SAP
- Analytical and organizational skills
- Flexibility and team spirit
- Ability to work in early and late shifts. Flexibility for night shifts and weekends is a plus
