Job Summary
Conduct final inspections and in-process quality audits to ensure all units meet customer specifications, engineering drawings, and company standards. Direct workforce rework efforts, coordinate quality processes, and implement continuous quality improvements while maintaining product integrity and certification activities. Train employees on quality standards, safety regulations, and awareness guidelines to foster a clean, orderly, and safe work environment. Perform duties during the 3rd shift with a focus on on-time delivery and budgetary goals.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a quality control/quality assurance position
- Prefer 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/final assembly or a quality assurance environment
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- Concentrate for extended periods of time and follow established safety and procedures
