Job Summary
Examine products and materials for defects, conduct tests to determine quality, and review documentation on inspection findings. Monitor and adjust production processes to meet standards, maintain quality control records, and train staff on procedures. Recommend improvements to production workflows and facilitate continuous improvement. This role ensures product quality and compliance with standards within the manufacturing environment. You will work the 2nd shift at an hourly rate between $16.50 and $18.00. Voyant Beauty specializes in developing beauty and personal care products for various brands and retailers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Quality Control, Manufacturing, or Related Field
Desired Qualifications
- 1-3 years in manufacturing or quality control
- 1-3 years in a team-oriented working environment
- Certified Quality Auditor
