Quality Inspector - 2nd shift SA-Gilbert

Quality Inspector responsible for inspecting production material for defects, removing defective items with reasons, reporting defects to management, conducting internal QA audits, and supporting QA monitoring programs. Will assist with new product development and continuous improvement by integrating quality tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) into processes, promote quality achievement across the organization, and ensure compliance with local, national, and international standards. Work involves shop conditions with hazards; must wear PPE and be able to lift up to 30 lbs. Requires post-secondary education in an appropriate field or equivalent experience; 1-2 years of electrical experience and familiarity with QA methodologies are desirable. Strong ability to interface with cross-functional teams, manage change on the floor, review technical documentation, and use MS Office.
