Job Summary
Quality Inspector responsible for collaborating with operations to ensure productivity and quality standards, interpreting engineering drawings, utilizing inspection equipment (Micrometers, Calipers, CMM, etc.), addressing NCRs and rework, recording inspection data for traceability, conducting internal audits, and supporting continuous improvements in quality and production processes.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Quality in the aerospace industry.
- Working knowledge of inspection equipment, including Micrometers, Calipers, CMM, and other tools.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend.
- Constant use of handheld inspection equipment, including Micrometers, Calipers, CMM, and others.
- Visual acuity to read machine dial gauges, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to pass color vision tests.
- Working conditions include a normal inspection environment with occasional exposure to high noise levels, physical hazards, and airborne particles.
