Job Summary
Quality Improvement Specialist responsible for providing quality assurance/improvement technical assistance, verifying implementation of strategies to measure and improve outcomes, monitoring goals and tracking metrics, reviewing incident data, conducting incident report training, performing internal investigations, and conducting audits to support licensing/certification reviews. Role involves travel between Burlington, Keokuk, and Mt. Pleasant with potential evenings/weekends as needed. Requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred) and three years’ experience in quality improvement or related social services, plus valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Salaried position with full benefits; salary range $51,000–$53,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Three years’ experience in quality improvement or other related social services field is required
- Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines
