Job Summary
Performs a wide variety of data collection, analysis and reporting activities to support and coordinate the Medical Staff’s and Hospitals performance improvement efforts. Serves as a resource to Physician Chiefs, Committee Chairpersons, Hospital Department Directors and Managers, and teams and task forces regarding the development and implementation of performance improvement activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- RN state licensure
- 3 years job-related experience
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) credential preferred
- Critical care experience strongly preferred
