Job Summary
Coordinate required staff trainings and maintain site and program compliance for BH and SUD sites in Kern County. Generate and present essential data reports on productivity, timeliness of service documentation, and perform chart audits. Master the current EHR, create data-pull templates for monitoring and compliance, monitor provider documentation for technical accuracy, and ensure HIPAA, W&IC, and other privacy protections. Establish and maintain relationships with county representatives, ensure accurate staffing and training compliance, and support regulatory compliance with DHCS and county contract standards. Maintain confidentiality and security across sites; may oversee more than one program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Behavioral Science, Social Work or related field
