Job Summary
Coordinate data collection, compilation, and aggregation to support quality-of-care improvements and patient safety activities. Lead change initiatives by performing observational audits, medical record analysis, and floor audits for environment of care and infection prevention. Develop and direct ongoing performance improvement initiatives while standardizing practices across Nursing, Imaging, Pharmacy, and other clinical departments. Facilitate multi-disciplinary teams and Quality Committees to drive continuous improvement under the Governance structure. Interpret evolving quality reporting requirements and recommend process revisions to address gaps between current state and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelors' Degree in Nursing
- A Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ)
- Travel for this position is sometimes required
- Participation in community and employee engagement activities is required

- Knowledge of applicable healthcare quality, patient safety, lean/six sigma, project management, information systems, change management or statistical methods
