Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • 3 years of clinical nursing experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in quality improvement, patient safety, or clinical performance analytics
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
  • Certification Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required or within 2 years of hire date

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare, Quality, Public Health, or related discipline
  • LEAN/Six Sigma training or certification
