Job Summary
Quality/Improvement Engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations, focusing on yield, scrap reduction, and process stability. Responsible for data-driven analysis, root-cause investigations (8D, 5-Why, PDCA), CAPA implementation, and sustaining process controls. Supports MRB activities, quality-system audits (ISO9001, AS9100, ISO14001), and supplier/customer quality initiatives. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) and 3-5 years in Quality/Manufacturing/CI roles; proficiency with MS Office and analytics; prefer CQE and experience in electronics/ceramic manufacturing; Spanish fluency is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; or equivalent technical education and relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Continuous Improvement roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
