Job Summary
Quality Improvement Data Analyst at Crossroads Health will assist with data collection, analysis and reporting of quality and performance improvement information. Responsibilities include using the electronic health record system to generate data for reports and dashboards, developing Power BI and other reporting dashboards, aggregating and graphically displaying quality improvement data (e.g., clinical outcomes, service utilization, incidents, satisfaction data), data entry and collection using tools such as SQL, Crystal, and Microsoft software, and identifying trends to guide practice. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years of data analysis/performance improvement experience, with healthcare compliance experience (Joint Commission, CARF, HIPAA, HRSA) preferred; Power BI/SQL/R/Crystal/SPSS experience is desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Public Health, or other qualitative major/field of study
- Two or more years of data analysis or performance improvement experience, preferably in a publicly funded healthcare provider organization, internship, or work study setting
- Database management and/or development preferred in MS Power BI, SQL, R, Crystal, or SPSS
- One-year Electronic Record Experience
- Healthcare compliance of Joint Commission, CARF, HIPAA, HRSA and/or other similar healthcare compliance experience
