Job Summary

Conduct manual data entry for surveys, client outcome measures, and record reviews; upload, organize, and maintain compliance documentation. Generate routine reports on quality, training, audits, and performance metrics while maintaining dashboards and databases. Coordinate policy review cycles, manage legal holds, and support quality assurance activities within the electronic health record system. Analyze trends related to compliance concerns and risk management indicators to support continuous improvement efforts. Build collaborative relationships across departments to promote a culture of accountability. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with three years of administrative experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and database software, and valid driver's license. Full-time, nonexempt role at $55,000 annually with comprehensive benefits including PTO, health insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
