Job Summary
Quality Improvement Coach responsible for supporting pediatric quality improvement initiatives and learning collaboratives across a national membership organization. Provide coaching and technical assistance on QI methodologies (Model for Improvement, PDSA, Lean) to pediatric practices, networks, and health systems; design and facilitate learning collaborative sessions (virtual/in-person); help teams establish aims and measures; develop QI tools and training materials; monitor and report on QI outcomes; integrate health equity into QI activities; collaborate with internal/external partners and manage data collection/analysis using EHRs and registries; contribute to program evaluation and grant-related activities; travel and some evening/weekend commitments with a hybrid work arrangement (40% in-office).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, public health, health administration, or related field required, with some coursework in quality improvement; MPH or other Master’s degree related to healthcare quality improvement preferred.
