Job Summary
Quality Improvement and Project Manager responsible for maintaining data integrity and compliance across operational data, reviewing timestamps (including GPS and voice recordings), applying contractual requirements, and conducting daily evaluations of compliance data. Leads clinical data analysis, tracks and reports findings to leadership, coordinates policy updates, onboarding, and recruitment support, and drives accreditation activities while collaborating across departments to support operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Emergency Medical Services (EMS) is preferred.
- Familiarity with Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the broader Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions independently.
- Excellent organizational skills, with a proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- High degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
