Job Summary
Conduct internal hygiene, food safety, and SOP audits across EGC, JGE, and Topgolf outlets to assess compliance and track corrective actions. Monitor critical control points, verify HACCP logs, and ensure all operations adhere to local authority regulations and internal standards. Coordinate with departments to standardize SOPs, investigate customer complaints, and prepare monthly reports for management. Liaise with suppliers and external auditors to maintain organizational compliance. Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of safety and service excellence across all Dubai Golf and Viya operations.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of HACCP systems and food safety legislation
- Ability to conduct internal hygiene, food safety, and SOP audits
- Experience in identifying root causes of customer complaints
- Ability to coordinate with Operations and Training teams
- Understanding of Information Security Policies and Procedures
- Ability to report information security breaches to the IT Service Desk
- Willingness to be trained as a Fire Marshall
- Willingness to be trained as a First Aider
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in measuring and monitoring food hygiene and quality performance using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Experience preparing hygiene, HACCP, and audit reports for management
- Experience maintaining accurate records, logs, and compliance documentation
- Experience supporting strategic initiatives relating to health, safety, and operational risk management
- Experience applying the 4 Service Steps when dealing with internal and external customers
- Experience supporting consistent delivery of organizational standards across all operations
- Experience participating in committees such as the Staff Committee, Green Theme, Food Committee, or Sport Committee
- Experience contributing to organizational growth through extra activities
