Job Summary
Quality-focused role requiring high school or equivalent experience with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Responsibilities include applying quality tools and methodologies (PPAP, PFMEA, Gage R&R, Run @ Rate) to manufacturing/assembly processes; ensuring adherence to GM Quality Requirements; and leveraging Plex for navigation. Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and be self-motivated. Location is Bluffton, Indiana; on-site manufacturing/quality responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of basic manufacturing and assembly processes
- Knowledge of basic Quality tools: PPAP, Control Plans, PFMEA?s, PFD?s, Gage R&R?s, Run @ Rate, Operator instructions, and IMDS
- Knowledge of GM Quality Requirements
- Ability to learn and navigate through Plex
