Quality Floor Inspector I - 2ND SHIFT (3pm-11:15pm)

Job Summary
Conduct FPC/LPC and EQCP QA checks, perform LPA audits to ensure ISO requirements are met, and update EQCP patterns and SWI improvements in real time. Generate Non-Conformance notifications, perform incoming receiving inspections, and assist with PPIs while tracking daily tasks to meet productivity requirements. Collaborate with QA, Operations, and L&D leadership to address operator training needs and suggest safety process improvements. Work the 2nd shift (3pm–11:15pm) in a warehouse environment requiring moderate physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- At least five months of recent related mechanical and shop experience
- Working knowledge of warehouse activities and inventory control
- Working knowledge of computerized inventory
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Axapta
- Ability to exercise problem analysis and problem resolution
- Knowledge of related safety requirements to include proper use of safety equipment and proper safety precautions
- Ability to understand, follow, and issue routine oral and written instructions
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
