Quality Flex Technician

Oversee inspection and testing of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards. Provide backup coverage for Plant Quality Technician and Quality Inspector Receiving on the 1st or 2nd shift. Conduct product safety training, establish inspection protocols, and define sampling procedures for the warehouse and operations. Manage product rework processes, maintain retention programs, and control non-conforming products by initiating Supplier Corrective Action Reports. Assist with adverse event investigations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Work M-F from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm with 5% travel as needed.
