Quality First Coach (Bilingual)

Job Summary
Provide coaching services to early childhood programs enrolled in Quality First, orient and enroll childcare staff, review assessment findings, develop Quality Improvement Plans (QIP), implement coaching visits, plan and deliver training using adult learning principles, assist in procurement for incentive purchases to support QIP goals, submit reports, and collaborate with program staff and other TA providers to improve quality of care and education in assigned programs. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field with 5 years of experience, bilingual (Spanish) preferred; field-based, travel to childcare sites and home-care providers; in-person coaching and training; strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; ability to obtain background checks and certifications; CPR/First Aid; valid AZ driver’s license with clean record; strong computer proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (ECE) or a bachelor’s degree that includes at least 24 college credits in ECE or a related field with 5 years of experience working in a licensed and/or regulated early childhood setting with children birth through 8 years of age required. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
