Quality Engineering Manager,FlashBlade

Lead a team of Quality Engineers and test framework engineers focused on automation, coverage, and product quality for FlashBlade. Define and execute quality strategy for FlashBlade, including test coverage, automation priorities, and shift-left quality initiatives. Partner with Engineering, Product Management, and Support to identify new use cases, quality gaps, and opportunities to improve customer outcomes. Drive high-quality, predictable delivery by setting priorities, aligning stakeholders, removing roadblocks, and ensuring the team is working on the right problems. Participate in product requirements and design reviews to influence architecture, testability, and long-term quality outcomes. Define, refine, and use engineering quality metrics to make progress visible and guide team decisions. Mentor engineers through feedback, career development, hiring, and day-to-day technical leadership. Improve tooling, frameworks, and development workflows to increase test developer efficiency, release confidence, and overall engineering velocity. Foster a strong quality culture rooted in ownership, customer impact, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
