Job Summary
Lead IATF 16949 certification for a lithium-ion battery separator expansion project; maintain ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 accreditations; lead internal and customer quality audits; champion continuous improvement through internal QMS audits and layered process audits; develop and refine quality management system processes for efficiency; report KPIs to senior management; ensure clear communication of customer requirements across the organization; collaborate across Sales, R&D, and Operations; requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of IATF 16949 experience, with IATF auditor certification preferred; strong communication and independent work Skills; relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management)
- 5+ years of experience with IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems
- IATF certification auditor certification preferred
- Project management experience in the battery industry is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and customer service skills
- Experience working across departments (Sales, R&D, Operations)
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
