Job Summary
Join Trelleborg Medical Solutions as a Quality Engineering Intern, responsible for supporting the Quality team in ensuring medical devices meet regulatory, safety, and performance requirements. Key responsibilities include assisting in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), collaborating with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues, and conducting data analysis for process improvements. Ideal candidates are currently pursuing a related technical degree and possess effective communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office and the ability to read customer specifications are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline
- Ability to read and understand customer drawings and specifications
- Demonstrated competence using Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Internet
- Good organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and also be an active team member
- Correctable normal reading distance vision
