Job Summary
Quality Engineering Intern responsible for performing data research in Oracle to analyze defect trends, and assisting Quality Engineers with root cause determination and continuous improvement initiatives. Tasks include lean project support, data mining and analysis using databases, and applying basic quality tools (Pareto & trend charts). Candidates should have foundational knowledge of corrective action/problem solving tools (8-D, cause/effect diagrams, flow charts, 5 whys), be able to read and understand drawings and blueprints, and possess basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook). The role is on-site in North Mankato, MN, and follows first shift hours.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing degree in Manufactring, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
