Job Summary
Analyst/Consultant within the Quality Engineering team at R8dius. You will help clients solve complex business and technology problems by translating requirements into clear test scenarios, participating in client workshops and Agile ceremonies, and supporting testing across Functional, SIT, E2E, and UAT phases. You’ll assist with API testing and basic automation, use tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and Zephyr to plan, track, and log defects, and apply analytical skills to identify failures and propose next steps. The role involves AI-enabled testing activities to draft test cases, generate data, and summarize logs, leveraging AI/ML concepts and cloud familiarity (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) as part of data analysis and process optimization. The ideal candidate has strong communication, SDLC and Agile familiarity, and a proactive, curious mindset for working with cross-functional teams in a hybrid Canada-wide context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
