Job Summary
Senior-level Quality Engineer responsible for driving continuous improvement within the manufacturing system, leading product validation and process qualification to establish controlled processes, developing control plans, providing QA-related training, conducting quality audits, and representing quality in customer and supplier interactions. Requires 5+ years of quality experience, ability to read drawings and standards, and English proficiency; experience with ISO13485/ISO9001, AS9100, and NADCAP is highly desirable, with Boeing QMS experience and ASQ certification also advantageous. US Person for ITAR/EAR compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field or equivalent education
- 5+ years of relevant Quality experience
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret part drawings and standards
- Ability to read, speak, understand, and follow instructions in English
- Candidates must be a “US Person” (i.e., US Citizen or Permanent Resident) to ensure ITAR/EAR compliance
