Job Summary
Manual Tester with hands-on ServiceNow ITSM testing to validate ITSM workflows, test cases, and integrations. Responsible for designing and executing functional, integration, system, regression, smoke, and UAT tests; identifying defects; collaborating with developers, analysts, and ServiceNow admins to support releases; preparing test execution reports and quality metrics; participating in Agile ceremonies; and supporting release validation and production deployment. Requires strong STLC/SDLC knowledge, experience with REST/SOAP integrations and API testing, and experience validating ServiceNow ITSM modules and workflows. Bengaluru-based with flexibility for other locations; role involves both in-office and remote work-permission (hybrid). Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Manual Testing
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing
- Experience testing ServiceNow ITSM applications and workflows
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Knowledge of Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Service Catalog processes
- Understanding of REST/SOAP integrations and API testing concepts
- ServiceNow ITSM modules experience
- Ability to create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is an advantage
- Experience with ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) exposure
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of CMDB
- Understanding of ServiceNow release and deployment processes
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management
- Location flexibility with Bengaluru base
