Quality Engineer – Switchgear

Job Summary
Implement and monitor quality control processes for LV & MV switchgear manufacturing, conducting incoming material inspections, in-process checks, and final inspections before dispatch. Ensure all products comply with IEC standards, project specifications, and customer requirements while handling Factory Acceptance Tests, quality documentation, and inspection reports. Coordinate corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and improve processes by working closely with production and engineering teams. Maintain ISO 9001 quality management systems and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in switchgear quality control and inspection.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in switchgear quality control and inspection is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of LV & MV panel inspection and testing procedures
- Good understanding of IEC standards and switchgear manufacturing practices
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems
- Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to identify quality issues and support continuous improvement initiatives
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates with hands-on experience in switchgear manufacturing environments and strong quality assurance backgrounds will be preferred
