Job Summary
Conduct thorough audits and periodic reviews of supplier operations to ensure compliance with Pilatus standards. Actively monitor, analyze, and resolve supplier quality issues while managing risk assessments to anticipate potential problems. Approve and renew qualifications for aerospace suppliers adhering to FAA CFR Part 21, 145, AS9100, and EASA Part-21 regulations. Develop strong relationships with suppliers to facilitate ongoing development tasks and support compliance with quality requirements. Implement supply chain strategies and contribute to process improvements to optimize operations. Requires a BS degree in Supply Chain Management or Engineering with five years of aircraft industry experience. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally approximately 15% at short notice. Salary range $72,685 - $98,125.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or equivalent training and experience
- 5 years of experience in the aircraft industry, preferably within supplier quality management
- Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally (~15%), at times on short notice
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
