Quality Engineer

Job Summary
Own site quality performance and measurement, including KPIs, and participate in supplier performance reviews; lead containment and corrective actions; perform PPAP for New Product Launches and manage production transfers; collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements; apply structured problem-solving methods (5Why, DMAIC, 8D, C&E) to identify and resolve quality issues (NC & CAPA); analyze quality data to identify process improvements in the supply chain; support internal and supplier engineering changes and participate in cross-functional teams; promote Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (Poka-Yoke, MSA, SPC, PFMEA) and ensure supplier quality tools and processes; travel up to 10% and work in roles ranging from remote to field-based as needed.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech (Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical) with 3-7 years of experience in Quality / Engineering / Manufacturing environment
- ISO 13485 auditor certification is an advantage
- Trackwise experience; PLM would be an advantage
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Advanced MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Exposure to AI tools/platforms is an advantage
- Experience in Global Capability Center (GCC) environment is a plus
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, Poke Yoke, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing
