Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer responsible for quality support across design, procurement, manufacturing, and test activities; manage day-to-day quality activities to ensure Stellar Energy fabricated modules meet project delivery goals; maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ISO compliance. Establish manufacturing inspection program with procedures, perform inspections on activities and materials, coordinate inspections by other parties, witness testing and tolerance checks, assist in supplier evaluation/selection, review quality specifications, coordinate internal audits, and perform Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) with team members. Requires collaboration across disciplines and adherence to ISO 9001 audits. Office environment with significant manufacturing/assembly exposure; PPE required; travel up to a small percentage. Requires a BS in Engineering or technical field, 5+ years QA/QC experience, ISO 9001 internal auditor certification, and familiarity with process control, Lean, SPC, and Six Sigma.
