Job Summary
Perform inspection and material disposition for CCA and piece-part processing while reviewing Supplier First Article Inspections and generating internal FAIs in accordance with AS9102. Process Supplier Corrective Action Reports using the 8D methodology and generate quality metrics to identify trending issues. Provide quality support for nondestructive testing activities to MILSTD883 semiconductor standards and conduct internal and external audits in compliance with AS9100 requirements. Lead risk management activities and interface directly with customers on quality-related matters. Apply configuration management principles to control quality records and develop technical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, business, supply chain management, or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in AS9100 Quality Management Systems
- 3 years within semiconductor industry, board assembly facility, or circuit card assembly industry
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with peers, executives, and customers
- AS9100 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent experience
- Expert knowledge of aerospace quality requirements including IPC-J-STD-001 with Space Addendum and IPC-A-610
- Knowledge and experience with AS9102 and associated requirements
- Experience working with MIL-STD-883 standards
- Green Belt certification

- Proven ability to manage complex projects
- Knowledge of risk management methodologies, including PFMEA and Control Plans
