Job Summary
Develop and execute detailed test plans aligned with team strategy and program goals. Provide input on testing approaches, tools, and technologies while ensuring complete access to test environments and escalating issues for resolution. Prioritize and retest defects, identify process improvements, and participate in team planning to estimate timelines and resource needs. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and Scrum Masters to validate application changes and ensure releases meet quality standards and governance requirements. This role supports AOP - Retail Digital Accounts within PNC's Technology - Digital Retail organization, focusing on digital account opening and banking capabilities across consumer and business banking.
