Job Summary
Investigate site call quality issues at datacenter sites (prior to hand-over to customer); create Quality Notifications in SAP and generate QM Orders for rework; conduct investigations to determine root causes and issue corrective action requests; compile Quality Alerts and monthly site-call quality reports; apply data analysis to identify improvement projects; participate in team-based problem solving and provide timely updates to Key Account Quality and management on priority topics. Requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 3+ years of quality experience with large industrial equipment (or 7+ years) and U.S. work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 3 years quality experience with large industrial equipment OR 7 years quality engineering experience with large industrial equipment
- Authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship
