Quality Engineer

Define, coordinate implementation, and monitor Quality Process Controls to assure product quality meets design specifications and customer expectations. Drive efforts to improve internal defects per unit, reduce scrap, and enhance manufacturing operation performance through capability studies, process audits, and Kaizen events. Utilize A3 methodology and root cause analysis tools to develop corrective actions for findings from process audits, outgoing quality audits, and customer complaints. Participate in PFMEA and Control Plans development while partnering with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences. Work on-site at the Twinsburg, OH facility reporting to the Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager.
