Job Summary
Assess supplier capacity, capability, and performance while serving as the focal point for operational activities and contract management. Manage supply chain and quality aspects of contracts to ensure on-time, on-quality, and on-cost delivery. Address internal and external customer demands through communication channels and the CI process to proactively mitigate supply chain issues. Collaborate with internal functions as an ambassador for the supplier, contributing to supplier development and maintaining strong relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aviation, or Engineering
- Minimum five (5) years of technical experience in the field of Quality, Supply Chain or Engineering
- Experience in Root Cause Analysis E.g. Practical Problem Solving or similar 8D type tools
- AS9100 Auditor or equivalent training
- Authorized to Work in the US
- A comprehensive understanding of working with customer (internal/external) demands being manifested in various forms of communication (Service Letter Agreement, meetings, conference call, e-mails) and utilizing these through the CI process
- A commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth
