Job Summary
Quality Engineer Automation focused on developing and structuring the overall quality of automation. Responsible for all quality-related processes in the Automation department, including maintaining the Quality Control system, NCR and CAPA handling, customer complaints, and supporting NPI projects. Defines quality requirements for automation machines, leads FAT with customers, and ensures ISO9001 quality management system engagement. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with hands-on, problem-solving, customer-facing skills; fluency in Dutch and English; experience with automation systems; and willingness to travel. Offers hybrid work (one day per week from home) with a full-time contract, vacation and ADV days, a year-end bonus, and development opportunities at Ranpak.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- experience as a Quality Engineer, Manager, or Specialist in a production environment
- fluency in Dutch and English
- willingness to travel internationally
