Quality Engineer/ Quality Specialist

Job Summary
Quality Engineer / Quality Specialist responsible for customer quality support and quality management activities. Will work closely with customers, production, engineering, and suppliers to ensure product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Key duties include handling customer quality issues with timely responses, leading problem-solving for complaints, coordinating containment actions, root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions, preparing and submitting quality reports (including 8D reports and customer-required documentation), monitoring quality performance indicators (PPM, scrap, warranty), supporting APQP/PPAP/FMEA/Control Plan and other customer quality requirements, conducting process and product audits, collaborating with production and engineering to improve quality and process stability, supporting customer visits/audits/meetings, coordinating with suppliers on quality issues, maintaining quality records/documentation, and promoting continuous improvement and quality awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field preferred
- Experience in automotive manufacturing or OE business preferred
- Knowledge of automotive quality systems and core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and customer response skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- English communication skills required; Korean bilingual preferred
