Job Summary
Full-time Quality Engineer in Bac Ninh responsible for quality standards and testing systems that reflect efficiency, reliability, and performance; develop reports and solutions to address production issues; manage precision product quality from NPI to MP and customer service; lead shop-floor quality improvements, monitor KPIs, conduct internal/external audits, and address customer complaints to ensure conformance to customer requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience as Quality Engineer / Quality Assurance in multinational manufacturing company
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 (required) / QC08000, IATF16949 is a plus
- Knowledgeable in machining (stamping preferred) and tools or die equipment, fabrication process
- Familiar with 8D disciplines, 5Why, statistical analysis and QC7 tools (preferable)
- Strong English communication; Chinese language skill is a plus
