Job Summary
Lead quality initiatives in automotive manufacturing by translating customer needs into internal action plans, master quality control through documentation, problem-solving, and data collection systems, proactively identify and eliminate non-conformance issues, independently drive corrective actions for product, process, and quality-system concerns, and conduct routine internal and external audits to maintain ISO/TS compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or Certified Quality Engineer, or combo of education & experience
- 3+ years manufacturing experience (automotive preferred)
- 1 year experience in supplier & customer quality engineering
- 1 year experience in automotive APQP
- Basic AIAG/IATF/16949 knowledge
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Availability for 25% travel (including international)
