Job Summary
Develop and sustain the plant Quality Management System by documenting processes, leading compliance audits, and implementing 4P and PPAP procedures. Utilize data-driven processes to achieve key performance goals, develop visual metrics for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, and manage corrective actions through 8D and A3 problem solving. Work with direct and indirect labor to manage daily operations, enforce policies, and champion Lean and Six-Sigma techniques to increase output and lower costs. Take ownership of improving safety throughout the operation while supporting ISO 9000 processes and formalized root-cause analysis. Lead the Quality and Manufacturing functions for a hydraulic assembly plant, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year college degree
- Five (5) plus years of experience in a manufacturing / ISO 9001 organization

- Three (3) to five (5) years in a leadership / management position
- Black or Green belt training
