Required Qualifications

- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA)
- Experience with metrology, inspection techniques, and quality tools
Desired Qualifications
- ASQ certifications (e.g., CQE, CSSGB) preferred
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
- Experience with advanced product quality planning (APQP) and production part approval process (PPAP)
